Timeshare Relief Group (Contract No.542-120171) took my money to rid me of liability to pay for and to legally relinquish ownership of timeshares I owned on Dec 15, 2022. They issued a written 100% money back guarantee if they had not done what they promised within 18 months. That time expired on June 15, 2024. None of my attempts to contact them just before that date or after resulted in a response. I emailed, texted and left voicemail for these 2 men, whose are the only contact info I have. Lead Lawyer *******************************, ***************************************** Ph ************,************************* Consultant, *************************************** Ph ************,Credit card charges went to ************************ MC03T, ** Box ***** without explanation at the time. This was not discovered by me until later. Compliance Verified MCs company contact info from my credit card statement is the ** Box and phone number listed below. $12K of the original $25,286 was refunded by *** when one timeshare property was sold by owner Diamond Resorts at a trustee sale soon after I paid ***. So monies still owed me are actually $13,286. Money back guarantee specifies that 100% of monies paid to Timeshare Relief or ************ are guaranteed to be returned after 18 months. They deceptively sent credit card charges to Compliance Verified on 12/15/2022. All paperwork signed by me was with ***.*** bragged about their A+ BBB rating and I verified that at the time. The *** representative at my presentation were in ********. My salesman ******************* became critically ill after I met him. His phone number was ************
