      I purchased a bike that was delivered on 12/20/23 and it was not the bike pictured on the website. I called and worked with a customer service agent who had me buy a replacement bike and once received I would return the old bike. I was told I would be contacted to set up a pickup for the other bike and receive an email with a label. When I didn't hear from them I emailed on 2/8/24 and got no response, I then emailed again on 2/20/24 and was told it was too late to return the first bike because I hadn't started the return before 1/31/24, but I started the return with the agent at the very end of December they just didn't put it through.

      I first ordered the black electric tricycle and after waiting a few weeks, contacted them for an ETA. I was shocked to find they were not intending to send me a bike but keep my $1800 and said simply, theyre out of that one so i should pick something else. WTF?!?! And they had never contacted me, just kept my money and let it ride. Once i finally cussed the right person out, and threatened to **** they refunded my money. I then foolishly bought the teal electric tricycle from this company and not only did it come with parts missing, many parts were bent, didnt work, or have caused me to spend hundreds trying to have it fixed. Their customer service is as useless as the bike and they basically run out the clock on the 30 day return warranty with all their antics. At no time have I been able to get help or a human who knows anything about these *********** a condescending idiot through emails.I want to send it back for a refund but they wont accept it because its been just under two months since it took that long to get it functional. AWFUL COMPANY, nothing but lies and heavy advertising.

      I ordered a bike, parts are misssing. Weeks have gone by, parts are not sent and the off shore customer service is lacking the service part of customer service. Awful! I asked that the return policy be extended untill a parts received. I was told no, that I could ride the bike without the missing parts! Absolutely awful!!!!

      I purchased a bike online. I received an order confirmation 11/24/22. A week later, I received an email from a *********************** telling me the bike was out of stock and they were willing to refund my money. I responded saying that my order was confirmed and that I expected the bike I ordered as since they took a week to let me know that it was out of stock, I had now missed all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. I found the bike at 2 different retailers for a much higher price but don't feel that I should have to pay over $100 more for something that I took lots of time to research and find at a great price from them and that since my order was confirmed, I feel they should do something to resolve the issue to get me the bike or I even offered for them to substitute a bike they did have in stock yet they keep suggested they will refund my money. AND to that point, they charged my credit card for something they didn't have in stock????

      Purchase made April 19th 2021, for an amount exceeding **** original "ship date was July 7th 2021. Have sent multiple emails with no response, went on Twitter to call them out they said it would be shipped 9/10/21 I called them yesterday they hung up on me. Asked for a refund again through email as stated on website and have not heard back, blocked on Twitter and Instagram

I do not see an order under your name, so I imagine it was placed under another person's name in your household. Please let me know and I will look into this for you.
