      I purchased the alpinestars motorcycle boots for almost $500, expecting a quality product. Instead they would not fit over riding pants as intended without force. The cheaply made zippers broke after about 2 trackdays. Instead of fixing the defective boots alipinestars charged me $90 to add material so they will fit normal sized legs as intended (they fit my feet fine, but not over calves.) This was not what i wanted but i had no choice. After sending the boots and waiting, they shipped them back. I used the boots for approximately 30 seconds before their repair came unglued. The fact that they used glue to fix them is appalling. These are safety equipment that is supposed to protect you when falling off of a motorcycle. After contacting them they refused to give my money back for what is obviously a defective product. I do not trust their repairs or their products. My only option is to send them back and have more downtime while they "fix" them again. I want a full refund.

      I ordered their Alpinestars GP Pro V2 Leather Race Suit in July 2021 because they advertise this suit to be compatible with their Tech-Air Race vest (insert). The sole purpose of this purchase was to take advantage of the added safety by using the Tech-Air Race vest along with the suit. However, 7 months later and the company STILL does not have stock of this item and after multiple attempts to contact them I never get anything more than "due to covid" excuses. I reached out again this week and was told to try and find one of their dealers that would accept a pre-order. No dealers I know of will accept a pre-order and why would I pay another $**** for a pre-order on an item the company knowingly cannot provide. They already scammed me $**** for the race suit that it fits into of which cannot be used as advertised without the unobtainable airbag system. At this point, if the company cannot provide the airbag system, I would like a full refund for the race suit so I can purchase one from their competitor who actually has stock (confirmed).

      Purchased Milestone Softshell Jacket for 62.37 plus shipping on 11/26/2021 direct from Alpinestars.com. Zipper failed after wearing 5 times over about 3 weeks time casually at office. Contacted customer support *********** Alpinestars response on *** ****** is below: " Hello ****, If you send us the jacket, we can replace the main zipper for $50. Our current repair time is 2-3 weeks. To proceed, give me your address and I will create a RA for you and give you shipping information. Thank you. " Requesting either refund or replacement. No response.

      I purchased a pair of tech 10 boots at the start of the season and after the third ride i had blown through the right side rubber grip on the right boot. I have owned multiple pairs of these boots and have never had a issue with wear like this in the first year. I took the boots back to blackfoot motorsports in Calgary Alberta and they advised that alpinestars would most likely warranty the boot as neither he or i have ever seen a boot have this issue. With no response from the Calgary distributor in 3 weeks, i kept following up and advised that these are mu only boots and the longer they wait ,the more damage the boot will have as a result of the initial wear. 2 months later, we receive a response that they will send me a side rubber replacement and pay for a cobbler to apply the new part for the right boot. Another month goes by with me following up with Blackfoot - with them having no response from alpinestars or there distributor on when this part will come in. Since i have ridden the whole season on these boots with the issue, there is extensive wear in this area in to the plastic below the rubber. I am very frustrated that this has not been delt with as i went from being told that they would most likely replace the boot , to a repair-( I was ok with this if it was delt with quickly) to not having a response. This is poor customer service and would like some resolve to this matter. I do not ride with frame grip tape and i wash my boots by hand. I only ride track Please see the attached photos of the boots after 3 rides on the track - estimated ride time 1.5 hours your response would be greatly appreciated
