Hi we had order a Smart Trike T1 Scooter for my daughter. Upon arrival and opening of the product we noticed that the little monster bag that was suppose to come with it was missing. I contacted the company on March 6, 2022. I received an email back from **** on March 8 saying that I needed to provide them the number on the bottom of the scooter, a picture of my invoice, a picture of the parts received. I sent all this information to them on March 9. I then received an email back saying that a case could only be open for 4 days. Even though the case was not open for 4 days they closed the case and I had sent them all the information they had asked for. I then contacted them again and attempted to open another case about the missing monster bag from the scooter and they will not respond. I am just trying to get all the parts and pieces of the scooter that we should have received. Yes it is just a little monster bag that attaches to the front of the scooter but we paid for this scooter for that reason alone so that we would have a place to put stuff instead of carrying it. I just don't understand why their customer service will not respond and closed the case when we provided them with pictures and everything they asked for.
