I do not know how this business has an A+, I never had to write a bad review but unfortunately this business is shady and pretty much takes your car and marks up the body work that needs to be done. I had to wait over two months to just get an estimate that my car will need over 5K worth of fixing for a simple bumper? That makes no sense. I would honestly hope this is a legitimate business because they threaten to keep my vehicle and give it away and they lied about the total cost and kept increasing the price of the total cost to fix the vehicle! My experience from how they acted I wouldn't be surprised if it's a chop shop and/or front because there should not be over 50 cars that are deemed "Total Losses" Do. Not. Go. Here. This Business must be investigated and not be open to the public anymore.Review from Kristine W

Unprofessional, unorganized and rushed.Lacks integrity and craftsmanship.I initially used this body shop out of lack of information and research on my part.Long story short: They completed a 2019 repair incorrectly and the paint ended up failing. Took it back under their warranty, expressed my concerns and the the new work was done in the same, rushed, manner. I expect the paint adhesion to fail again.Multiple red flags pertaining to customer service.I should have walked right back in to the shop but I was so uncomfortable with the way they handle business that I wanted to take my car home and give it a look over instead. I called immediately with my concerns about the current defects and they were not received kindly. I decided to reach out to AAA and find a more qualified body shop for the job.If you have other options Id definitely recommend doing some research before bringing your vehicle here.
