On 9/24/2021 I order a sweatshirt from ShirtnationCA website using my debit card and the only thing I got was a tracking # from **** stating that information was sent to them about an item to be shipped but the item itself (the sweatshirt) was never received for shipment. Ive called the number on the website to only find a disconnected line. I then did more research and theyre running this company from an apartment. I just want what I paid for or a complete refund. Its crazy also that I wasnt charged tax nor shipping so those two red flags alone let me know they arent legit.Initial Complaint

I was searching for a specific type of hoodie for my boyfriends birthday and in ****** search, this company popped up and they had a really nice looking hoodie for a good price. I ordered it on September 5th and sent an e-mail to the company because I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. First red flag. Then the second red flag is that their number on their website does not work. Third red flag is they did not charge tax. I've gotten one response via e-mail from them on the day I ordered because I messaged then wanting a confirmation e-mail to which they replied and said I would get an e-mail when the order shipped. Now it's the 12th and nothing. I've tried to e-mail them repeatedly the last couple of days and no response. I just want my money back at this point. This is beyond disappointing.
