In May 2021 I had four grand mal seizures in under 8 hours. The first hospital I went to, ******* in ********, ** said I was fine, even cleared me to fight in a cage fight two days later. A few hours after arriving home from ******* I had my third grand mal seizure and was taken to a different hospital at the insistence of my mother, and thank God she did that as while at the new hospital I had my fourth grand mal seizure. The second hospital admitted me for three days and diagnosed me with traumatic brain injury. It's going to take me about two years to recover full function. Had I listened to *********************** I would not be alive today. Now, to add insult to injury, the imaging department failed to process my insurance information correctly, despite having all of my insurance info, despite the rest of the hospital **** being covered, and there is now an outstanding ****. This ****, after being sent to Central Valley Imaging, has been sent to ********************* Services. I have tried multiple times to reach ***********************, Central Valley Imaging and ********************* Services, with zero success. I have never received a **** from ******* or Central Valley. The only reason I know about any of this is I finally received a **** from ********************* Services, which is a collection agency. I work very hard to maintain good credit, THIS HAD BETTER NOT SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I will one million percent seek legal remedies if this ****, which should have never existed in the first place, finds it's way on my credit report. I am filing complaints regarding this issue against all three entities. They need to work together to figure it out. It needs to be understood that due to my ongoing traumatic brain injury issues that my mother types this for me, I talk, she types.
