One of her clients at **** landscape Hit my truck at his place of business .He informed me that teresa clutter was his insurance agent.I could only get ahold of her through text or email when she gave me a claim number and told me to contact ategrity insurance in ******* .I have called 4 x and emailed with NO response .I believe this is a fraudulent business and want to file a complaintBusiness response

We have an answering service here in my agency, so yes anyone who calls goes through the answering service and when a staff member is available we return the calls same day. I had reached out to ****************** several times via email and text and advised her I am NOT the Adjuster and she needs to reach out to the assigned adjuster (information was emailed to her). I had even reached out myself to the adjuster and advise no contact had been made with the other party and requested the Adjuster to contact ***************. The adjuster did make contact with the insured. As an agent all we can do is report the claim and follow up with adjuster if they have not reached out to the claimant. We have NO authority to do anything else. We are not Adjusters. I feel this complaint is not accurate.
I also lost my daughter in May and she was my right hand in the office so we are still trying to navigate with new employees. ***** knew this and didn't give me any ****** She was not sympathetic and basically said what does that have to do with anything. I don't know what I could have done different. She could have used her own insurance and had the insurance handle it between each other and she wouldn't have been in the middle.
