Worst customer service imaginable. I purchased 4.5 cu yrds of rock, they delivered what appears to be almost twice as much as I ordered. It would not be a problem except that it is a large pile in the middle of a driveway and there is no place to store it.. After removing what I ordered from the pile I took pictures and called Tracy Top Soil to make them aware of the situation and see what could be done about it. I also wanted to change the remaining portion of my order. The person on the phone was extremely disrespectful and condescending, I was told I have to come in to modify the remainder of my order. The next morning I showed up and was basically told, the was no possible way they could have delivered this much rock, I took pictures of what I had taken from the pile and what was remaining and I was told over and over what I was saying and what was in the pictures was not true. The person who supposedly loaded the truck looked at my pictures of the left over pile and said " that pile looks like about 4 yards" witch was exactly what I was saying. I had three people telling me there is no way they could have done this???The guy that was disrespectful with me on the phone the day before said, we are not going to send anyone out to remove the extra, there is no way you could have had that delivered in one load????? Like I had something to do with the loading of the truck???Unbelievable nonsense. I will do my best to warn everyone I can in my industry and the general public to never do business with Tracy Top Soil or Brentwood Decrotive Rock as they are owned by the same owner.
