Date: 8/19/24I did not purchase a vehicle. I seen a car online 2025 Honda civic hybrid Sudan sport for ******. I called Tracy Honda and I had spoken with the online sales manager over the phone *************************. I told him I would come in to check out the car, he did give me a price of ******, I said I saw a different price online and he stated that at times the prices are different if its not from their website. He did ask me what price and where. I told him that it was from True car website but it has their site there as well, Tracy Honda. He understood and told me to come in and we can work it out for 31k. I did mention to him I was going to pay cash. I showed up at the dealer at 6p, and was greeted by *******, he went with me to test drive and all was good. He mentioned that the price is 32k+ because they add dealer accessories which I told him I really dont care for them and would prefer a car with the accessories. The accessories include half film in the front hood of the car, and on the door handles, along with back side and back window tint and seat protector spray. I asked ******* if we can talk numbers since I was told by the sales manager ******* about he price over the phone. We started to negotiate however I was not happy with the price because of what I was told over the phone. ******* then stated that h*** talk to ******* about about the 31k. The issue happened when ******* came after ******* left, was a condescending and disrespectful tone, he said that is what what he told me, I then corrected and reminded him that it was what he told me and after he was rude and arguing, he then said, that he would give it to me for ******, which included the extra accessories charges, which during that conversation and over the phone he told me that he would take care of the accessory charges and when I said that I would take it for 31k and thats final, ******* took to offense and started making a point that is not that he said. At the end he threaten my husband.

I took my car into Tracy Honda yesterday morning and dropped it off at 9am because all of my warning and sensor lights had lit up. They had my car all day but never called to give me any updates. I had to call them to check up on any updates and none were really given. I then was dropped off back at the Honda service center at 4:15pm to check on my car expecting it to be ready or at least close to being ready. I inquired several times the status of my vehicle and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I inquired again and was told it would be another 20 minutes because they had to power wash some parts and take it for a 5 minute road test. My car was finally ready for pickup at 5:40pm. I paid them $872.29 for the service and drove home. Today, all the warning lights and signals again came on in my car. I called Tracy Honda that they came back on and they said that I should bring it back tomorrow. This has been unbelievably frustrating. They has been zero customer service, my car is not safe to drive, and I am out $872.29. I have no faith that my car will be fixed correctly by them but I need them to do right by me as a customer and as a business. It is a hardship to have already given a whole day to not having the use of my car and now they are asking me to do it again.

On February 21, 2022 I booked a ************* change online with Honda in Tracy Ca. I had specifically only put that I wanted an oil change. When I got there the representative ***** took my keys and took the car in with the mechanics. I then got a copy of the estimate. I did notice that they were charging me $160 for tire rotation, tire pressure check suspension check and so on, along with the oil change. I have not had this car for more than a year. Its a Honda Accord 2022, brand new, Im the first owner. It doesnt need all that stuff. When I told the representative ***** he said oh no! Okay I will go tell the mechanics to not continue the service. It had only passed ***** minutes since I had brought the car in. Most of it was me waiting to talk to the guy. Then he comes back in 5mins later saying they already did all the services. I complained about how I didnt ask for that, so why were they doing it without my permission. He proceeded to say he would give me 20% off this time and that next time to let them know ahead of time. I think thats the dumbest reason ever. They even unplugged my dash camera when they serviced it so I dont have proof they did all the services they claim too.

      Hello ******,

I am looking forward to speaking with you at 12:30 today about your service experience at Tracy Honda yesterday.  Clearly we did a poor job of communicating with you and meeting your expectations.

Below is a link from a third party that explains what is required by Honda when we do a B1 service on a 2022 Honda Accord.

      *******************************************************************

It sounds like you were only interested in getting your oil changed versus completing the service required by the maintenance minder and ***** should have either explained what a B1 service includes or simply changed your oil as requested.

I would be happy to reimburse you for any work that you did not authorize.

      Tell us why here...

I have been taking my 2018 Honda civic ex hatch for regular service at the Tracy, CA Honda service **** for some time now. Approximately 4-5 weeks prior, I had a full extensive service in which everything was supposed to have been checked in my car. Roughly a few weeks after, I began to get a quiet grinding noise that slowly turned louder. Since, I didn't feel i could safely make it to the Tracy service **** I went to the local Meineke. Upon inspection, my two back brake pads had completely worn. I have a service checklist from the Honda service **** that assured me they checked my brakes. Well, since the brake pad had worn completely through I am not faced with over a $500 bill for something that Honda obviously failed to check and warn me about. The brake pads that Honda supposedly checked had warn through and damaged my rotars. From the $200-300 service I had 4-5 weeks prior I was told the brakes were fine. There is no way the pads could've failed in that short time. I would like an answer as management has been dodging my calls. I don't feel I can trust your location anymore with my car.
