      The company k12 innovation registered in ********** promised to provide ED **** classes. Took advance payments for 2 year classes. Didnt even give classes for 3 months and stopped classes. Have trying to contact company, ceo ***********************, I have called and emailed a hundred times. They are not refunding the advance payment taken. Its a fraud company, *********************** is fraud, that took money from over **** parents on the pretext of providing learning and providing education classes. Please help in getting the refund and all the inconvenience caused,

      I signed my daughter up for classes on October 22nd at the rate of $300 every 3 months. My daughter attended one months worth of classes and we decided it wasn't worth the money being paid (technical issues, admittedly on both ends, content too easy, etc.) And decided to cancel. While waiting to hear back regarding the cancellation, we kept rescheduling upcoming classes to future dates. Finally, I got an online ticket in the system on 12/10/22 regarding the cancellation. I got a call from a representative that tried to get me to stay but I told her we were ultimately cancelling. She said she would have someone from the cancellation department take care of that. I heard from our Relationship manager via email on 1/15/23, in which I responded to her inquiry stating that I have requested cancellation numerous times and to cancel the account. They never responded. Then my account got billed for the second quarterly amount of $300 on January 22nd. Because the company has not responded to emails or calls, I filed a dispute with the bank. During the process of the dispute, the autopay got cancelled however the bank just informed me that the dispute was resolved as not in my favor. Please note that I did not ask for a credit for the first 3 months when we only attended 1 month's worth of meetings; I have only requested the current quarter to be refunded because my account should have already been closed. I need to be refunded immediately for $300.

      I spoke to *****, rep from Camp K12, re: enrolling my kids to IT tech programs that they provide. She was very persistent about it and convinced me that my kids will enjoy and learn a lot about Camp K12 (making programs, apps, etc). She convinced me to sign my 2 kids up and pay the year registration which is $1200/kid. I was assured that if my kids dont like it or for whatever reasons, I can always pull out and be refunded of the remaining balance. 2 sessions into the classes, my kids find it too boring and difficult to understand as the instructors are indian. I encouraged my kids to keep at it and learn as much as they could. I also informed ***** about it and she has ******* be involved in our case and so the two of them have been following up with me. They even had me try it out one more time with the kids with different instructors and focus on roblox games app. One kid was able to get in and my other kid couldnt get in to the class. After the class, my kid said hes not going to do it anymore. He was not learning and it was too boring for him. I told them (***** & ******) about it. I said I just need my refund back. And so after all the convincing to stay with the program to no avail, ******* said he will forward my case to the accounting department and they will reach out to me before the end of July and my funds should be sent back to me. July came and went, nothing. I called and I emailed ***** and *******. I couldnt get hold of them anymore. The numbers go to a bot recording. They are a scam! They need to give me my money back. Please help me. I need my $2400 refund back *****

      On May 16, 2022, I purchased a complete program for $1382 from this company who poses as a school. I have had nothing but problems with the courses. They are canceled almost every week. There is a problem with the teacher or some other excuse about technical issues. I have also complained that my son is not getting the education I paid for. I hear no interaction between him and the teacher. He is not even using the platform they promote (Hatch XR). I have requested a refund from them as per their "trust certificate". I can't get anyone to respond to my request.
