            My daughter bought a Day Pass for skiing at Soda Springs Ski Resort located at ***** Soda Springs Rd, Soda Springs, ** ***** for 01/01/2023. The purchase was made the previous evening.When we reached the Ski Resort, we were told that there was no power at the resort since the previous afternoon and so they would not allow any skiing. The total amount was $139.00 The resort refused to give us a refund. They would only give a voucher for a future date this skiing season. My daughter goes to college and it will not be possible for her to visit the skiing resort on any date this season.The skiing resort knew at the time they sold the ticket on their website that they did not have power. Why did they sell the ticket and why are they refusing refund when they were not able to provide the service for which we paid.

            I bought ski lift tickets and rentals for Feb 12, 2022 for my 2 kids and 1 nephew. However 1 of our party tested positive for covid so we decided ( all 16 of us) to cancelled our trip. I reached out to Soda Springs Ski Resort if we can extend our reservations to next season due to the matter, however the resort is only allowingbus to use the reservations up to the end of the season. We live in Southern California and it’s not that easy to travel to Northern California. All I want is for Soda Spring to extend our reservations up until next season so we don’t loose our hard earned money.
