      Failed to properly install my rear windshield left an half inch gap where the molding is supposed to go, after multiple attempts to have them fix their mistake to no avail I simply requested a refund receipt in hand and there response was " the glass you purchased from us isn't damaged so we refuse to give you a refund

      I Took My Truck in To get a window replaced here , The truck was leaking water due to the front windshield not being sealed properly, water damage caused the passenger window and screen to go out , a-1 agreed to fix what the truck needed but when it came down to it the owner backed down on his word , i work at a car dealership and have sent this business hundereds of customers , but when i needed work done they not only did poor work but they avoided me and backed up on thier word, i explained to them that i simply wanted my truck fixed i wasnt askng for a refund on the window just wanted my truck fixed my passenger window working and the damages repaired

      Hello ******,as you know we have already been in business for several years offering our window tint and auto glass service, most of our customers are local car dealerships with whom we have a contract for several years and we have never had any problems. Well, Mr. ***** is only a worker in a car dealership in which we offer our service but we do NOT have any contract with *****. We have the contract with the owner of the dealership. ***** asked us for our service to replace his windshield of his 2017 Chevy Silverado truck and we gladly help him by replacing his windshield and he paid for our service and he left happy. Unfortunately the heavy rain storm came and so there was a small leak on his windshield in which he contacted us and we gladly went to solve the problem which was sealed and after the problem was fixed he left after about a week he came back screaming with bad words and bad attitude, insulting us and with threats that otherwise we did what he said that we would get into trouble with very bad people that he met during he was in jail that if not, the same would hurt us anywhere he found us. and we tried to calm him down trying to understand what his annoyance was and what he wanted and it was when he told us that he was not at all comfortable as the small leak had been repaired that because he could see at the glue that was used for the repair, well we gladly let him know that we could fix it, we offered him a new windshield and He agreed and that he would leave us the truck for the replacement of the new windshield, he mentioned to us that he had installed a sound system in his truck and that he had a problem with his passenger window and he asked us if we could check it to see what the problem was and we told him that as a courtesy we checked it. After we finished with the installation of the new windshield and checking the window and not finding any problem with the window motor, we let him know, but it was when he began to say that maybe the small leak had damaged his window so we explained that the problem of not working his window was another and that the small leak was not affected at all but he did not want to understand. So we decided to call a auto repair to get a diagnosis to see what was happening with the truck and they gave me an appointment for the next day which they told me that they were not going to charge me for the diagnostic and which we told ***** and he agreed to take the truck to the appointment the next day

      The next day the electrician call us and told us that ***** didn't show up for the appointment

      After several days ***** call us again to tell us that he couldn't attend the appointment

      But that he could take it that day.

      We talked to the mechanic.

      For him to give me another appointment.

      That same day we told ***** that he could take his truck that same day he took it and at that time he began to dial to know that if his truck was already ready which in an hour it is illogical

      After another time ***** continued dialing every 30 minutes to find out about his car but those calls were with insults and threats again and we dialing the technician to know the status of the truck but the technician let us know that ***** had taken his truck and did not allow them to make the diagnostic. After a week ***** called us again with insults saying that his truck was already being fixed that it was something of his guarantee that he had and that we owed him the diagnostic that they had charged him, but we never agreed to pay for the diagnostic or for any repair because we clearly knew that we were not responsible for the problem that his truck had, we only did him a favor of making him a appointment so he could have a diagnostic and for ***** to realize that it was not our fault of the problem that his truck had, he got upset and threatened us that we would pay it anyway. After several days he called us again with insults saying that his warranty was not covered and that his truck problem was due to only a cut cable and he asked us to help him with the cost of the cable but we refused because clearly WE WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE OF HIS TRUCK  we let him know that maybe happened when the sound system was installed.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I Came to this Business in good faith to get my truck fixed my window was broken, just wanted it fixed. I’ve sent them hundreds of customers, I expected nothing less of this man . Every time I’ve contacted this facility I’ve treated this man with Respect , he’s clearly lying about the way I’ve confronted him with my issues and never has tried to resolve anything , but rather avoids my calls has never once tried calling me to reach an agreement, the side that was leaking on the window after the first replacement was the passenger side , it was so soaked that I put a towel on that side to soak up the water , and I was able to wring enormous amounts of water from it , after  countless efforts going to his facilty only to be told by his employees “ he’ll call you or come back at this time , I would tell them please tell him to call me back , he would never . i took it apon myself to take it to Chevy , hoping that my warranty would cover it , and unfortunately due to it being “water Damaged “ it didn’t which I have all the paper work to prove , I called his shop fortunately that day he was there and explained that the costs for repairs were extreme due to the damage from water leaking in from the window he had installed and he agreed to take care of it , I called and texted him all weekend and couldn’t have my truck until I payed Chevy so I ended up paying almost 2000 dollars out of pocket, they had to replace the wire harness behind the dash due to water entering the dash specifically on the right side where the water was leaking , they replaced the control switch , the window motor all due to a short coming from water damage , I have  3000 dollar sound system I immediately disconnected when the water was detected luckily that all still Works. I would run out every night worried weather they would steal something from my truck or the truck itself ,  because the window  wasn’t going up and every time I expressed my concern this man turned his back on me would tell me what I wanted to hear so I would leave his business but when It came down to pay he would avoid me , this whole jail stuff he’s talking about I don’t understand , I work in place of business the top salesman in my company and do not come from a criminal background which I can prove as well , my job requires a lifescan, and full background check . This man is a fraud a con artist and a lier . I’m a hardworking father of three children  a home owner and could not afford a 2500 dollar fix in the economy we’re living in this man screwed me pretty bad came in good faith and was shown otherwise that’s the truth only he I and god knows it . But it’s not up for him to decide anymore our legal system will help us figure it out . God bless

      Hello ******, we are still in the same position that we are not responsible for the problem that this man accuses us of. He goes on saying that he has sent us hundreds of customers as if we owe him something but he has to understand that we do not have any contract with him. The only contract we have is with the car dealership and with the owner. Not ***** .When ***** came to our shop we offered him the best possible service and we always tried to help him when the small leak came up, we never refused to fixed and help him, not only did we repaired the problem of the small leak but a new Winshield was also installed. Despite the bad attitude that he came, the threats and the bad words the insulted us which came out of his own mouth and so I am thinking of going to the police station to see if I can make a report about this man's threats because I think it is not right for him to use insults and threats to intimidate people just to get what he wants. It should be mentioned that the owners of the ******* auto Repear shop where we had made the appointment for him to make the diagnostic mentioned us that when he went to pick up his truck and that he did not allow them to do the diagnostic , he also showed up with a bad attitude and when he left their establishment burning tire. This Mr. ***** needs to understand that it is not right to want to try to take advantage of a small leak to look for someone to pay for something that we are obviously not responsible for.
