Returned a defective TV to audiovideodirect via Ebay. Refund of $223.36 was not refunded. TV was shipped back to seller on 4/28/2022 and according to FedEX tracking number *********590 audiovideodirect received it on 5/2/2022. Filed a complaint with Ebay and PayPal, neither of those companies would help for lack of information. However, neither Ebay or PayPal would tell me what information was needed. Customers beware!Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 172***07, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I do not believe that I would have received the refund if it would have not have been interaction with the BBB. So thank you very much!***
