On June 20th, 2023 I brought my cat ****** to the Taylor Veterinary Hospital due to him not acting like himself, stumbling when he walked and him seeming to be confused about his where abouts, we were seen by ********************, after doing blood work they came back with an indefinite answer and said we could do imaging to see if we could figure out what was wrong so we did, that also came back as inconclusive and not showing the exact problem with my cat, I was told that it could have been hyperthyroidism, I asked if his symptoms would point to hyperthyroidism and was told no. I brought my cat home after the visit and called a couple of hours later when he was declining in his symptoms and was told I could bring him back and would be charged another emergency vet visit and I would need to pay for another exam, I did not have anymore money to spend as I had already spent $700 for my cats visit. I told the vet I was pretty sure my cat had a stroke after getting home and doing some research on the symptoms and behavior he was having and I was told ****** was my worst enemy and wasnt offered any help. My cat ****** passed away early the next morning and I believe that if he would have been properly diagnosed he would have been able to make a recovery. My cats passing I believe was preventable if they had diagnosed him correctly and werent worried about just getting as much money as they could from me with unnecessary tests when I believe that a vet should clearly see the signs of a stroke in an animal. I have video of my cat after his vet visit and test results from the vet as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in and was told that there is a two hour wait. Totally understandable considering that its a holiday weekend. After 2 1/2 hours, I went to the front desk to check in and see whats going on as almost everyone in the waiting room was gone. At that point, they informed me after I had already waited for 2 1/2 hours. There will be an additional four hour wait. I went in for a small cut on her left ***. This shouldve been *** 15 minutes of a doctors attention if not less. 6 1/2 hour wait for some thing that I just didnt want to get infected is absolutely terrible when I asked how is this acceptable? They told me this is the way it is. Somebody should open a competitive shop and put them out of business. They dont deserve this business theyre getting. But theyre the only game in town
