I am writing to express my profound concern about the disclosure of my nonpublic information to credit bureaus and the resulting inaccuracies on my credit report, leading to significant financial and emotional distress.As outlined in 15 USC **** Section 602, I assert my right to financial privacy, expecting the confidential treatment of my information.Moreover, 15 USC **** Section 604(a)(2) underscores that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which have not been provided.I have identified discrepancies on my credit report originating from TUSTIN COMMUNITY BANK, adversely impacting my financial well-being. I'm deeply troubled by the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, leading to inaccuracies in my report. This has caused immense financial and emotional distress. Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy. Additionally, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 prohibits furnishing accounts without my written instructions. Moreover, under 15 USC **** B, late treatment of payments on my account is prohibited.Please rectify these inaccuracies promptly to alleviate the distress caused. My account number is *********. I've written before but never received any response. My account from the place where I bought my car from was sold to another company in order to "help" me with my credit, which has done everything but that. This has been the worse experience. From beginning to now. I'm disabled and I always took my payment in 91% of the time when I first bought the car. Now that it's in Tustin CA I'm not able to take the payment in and I had trouble understanding the payment process online. I have to pay a fee for over the phone or online. I asked them to sell the account to another company and they said I had to find the company myself. I told them I had no idea how to do this and if they could help and I was told no. I wanted to change my payment date and was told to send in a $25 money order and fill out the provided change payment date form. I was told once I send it in they would change it. I'm behind on my payment I called today to pay it and was told because I didn't pay when I said on the 17th that the $25 money order I sent in for the payment change date would go towards the car payment and they could not honor the new payment date because I didn't pay on the 17th today is the 24th. I really need someone to help me because I've never experienced this with the company I bought the car from. Also I pay a little over $300 a month and did not know that only half of it goes towards my balance. I didn't find that out until after my account was given to Tustin Community Bank. Please help me.
