    I placed an order with impressions vanity on 29 June 2024. On 8 July 2024 I reached out to their customer service to ask the status of my order which they replied that the processing time was 7-10 business days and that I would receive an email once they had shipped it. On 16 July 2024, I reached out again in which they stated they were backlogged and my order would ship soon. On 24 July I reached out again and requested to cancel and get a refund my order since it had been almost a month and had still not shipped. I received no response. On 27 July 2024, I emailed them again asking to cancel my order. I received no response. On 29 July 1024, I called their customer service and requested to cancel my order. They customer service representative stated they could not cancel and refund my order because it was marked as delivered on 26 July 2024. I told them I had received no shipping notification and nothing had been delivered to my home. They put me on hold and looked up the account. They came back to say that they had shipped the order and then recalled it and it had been delivered back at their warehouse. They stated that 1 more package was schedule to be delivered back to them on that day (7/29) and that once they had received it they could add me to the refund log. I asked why I never received notification that my order had shipped and they could not answer that question. It is now 1 August 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund. I waited 1 month for them to not do anything about my order and now I have to wait to receive my refund. I want my refund now. There is no reason I should have to wait when they have already made me wait this long.

    I ordered a vanity mirror for a Christmas Present November 24th 2023 Order #IVOUS575124 that cost ******- Again noted that it was a Christmas present so it was not opened until Christmas. When finally opened mirror was cracked, i contacted customer service and they stated they could not refund due to waiting too long to open the mirror (kind of ridiculous) (first two pics are first mirror) After getting that feedback from customer service I ordered the same mirror AGAIN on December 30th 2023 Order #IVOUS599181 that cost ******. We had to wait three weeks to even receive and then once we received on January 18th again the mirror was cracked in four different places!!!! I callled customer service immediately, and was told the best they could do was return for an exchange but had to wait to receive new item until they received the return item back (again it was cracked so it should be on YOU!) or they could credit me 45$ or a 60$ credit for future purchases. This business is a disgrace when it comes to customer service and after this i will never be ordering from them again. None the less I already filed a complaint on here and they said theyd send me two new mirrors. They have not sent anything!!! I am now down around $400 dollars with 2 BROKEN mirrors!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
