I ordered a vanity mirror for a Christmas Present November 24th 2023 Order #IVOUS575124 that cost ******- Again noted that it was a Christmas present so it was not opened until Christmas. When finally opened mirror was cracked, i contacted customer service and they stated they could not refund due to waiting too long to open the mirror (kind of ridiculous) (first two pics are first mirror) After getting that feedback from customer service I ordered the same mirror AGAIN on December 30th 2023 Order #IVOUS599181 that cost ******. We had to wait three weeks to even receive and then once we received on January 18th again the mirror was cracked in four different places!!!! I callled customer service immediately, and was told the best they could do was return for an exchange but had to wait to receive new item until they received the return item back (again it was cracked so it should be on YOU!) or they could credit me 45$ or a 60$ credit for future purchases. This business is a disgrace when it comes to customer service and after this i will never be ordering from them again. None the less I already filed a complaint on here and they said theyd send me two new mirrors. They have not sent anything!!! I am now down around $400 dollars with 2 BROKEN mirrors!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Would give 0 stars. Super unreliable. They gave me an order confirmation number and after 2 weeks nothing had been updated so I emailed and they said there was a glitch even allowing customers to purchase out of stock items. However, I only purchased it because THEY EMAILED ME THAT IT WAS BACK IN STOCK. So two days go by while ** trying to make a decision when I get ANOTHER email telling me my order was accepted and a ***** number was created. Another 3 weeks went by and nothing. I emailed last night and they copy and pasted the same email from their last response earlier today. They have bad customer service and lie to their customers.

I think the company is a scam . You have to file a complaint with the bbb to even get a refund for an item that was never shipped . 900 for a vanity without a mirror . It takes forever to glue all the pieces together . The worst part you cant get ahold of anyone with the customer service number . It feels like they hold your money and dont send out the products . Buyers beware ! It will say waiting to ship out . Then it never ships out . Terrible customer service and Id give zero stars .

Ordered a Hello Kitty chair for Christmas and it arrived in a box that had been used a handful of times with holes and pieces of the box just hanging. Of course the chair inside is heavily damaged. This chair had to have been returned 3+ times before me, and then just kept using the same box. Its really embarrassing that I am in this situation and very unprofessional they would send something like this around the holiday's and then not be available via phone or email. I reported the damage within 5 minutes of receiving the order. I would like to be provided a return label order IVOUS-******

I ordered a huge order for Christmas gifts for the family and it said 8 to 10 days. I seem to be having the same problems as everyone else, one email from the help desk stating they would tell the shipping team to ship the package asap! So far the tracking says created a label in ******, **. No response after several emails to the company. Please stay clear from purchasing anything, this is my first and last time, very unprofessional. My package still hasnt been received and Christmas is around the corner, I wish I read these reviews and did more research.

This company is so unprofessional, I have sent 3 emails and their phone number is probably not even a real number just rings and no one answers no mailbox. One of the trifold mirrors arrived chipped and all I initially asked for was an exchange. After looking at all the reviews everywhere at this point I want to return the whole order and want my money back. They dont even reply theyre probably waiting for the time frame for returns to pass. Theyre a scam and if they dont reply to me with the resolution I am seeking I will just put everything back in the box and send back and dispute the charge with my credit card. I have the proof that they dont respond after numerous attempts.

This business has yet to ship my travel vanity that I ordered on Nov. 19. The website says that the processing time is **** business days, but, it has been longer. When I checked the status, it says that a label has been created yet ***** has not received the item. I cannot attest to the quality of the items as I have not received mine. They have taken my money and I've yet to get my product or a refund. I'm not happy with this business and there are comparable items in the market that I would buy before dealing with this company.

Worst experience online ever. No one will give you a straight answer. Its always tmrw or next week. No one will call you back as promised. I paid for an order and they wont ship it.

Bought an LED mirror 11/9/2023 through website. Have not received as of yet. Not shipping tracking updates. Tried calling customer service number several times, phone number not working. Emailed several times with no response. I feel I got scammed!!!
