Customer ReviewsforAmazing Reglazing

Found this company online to reglaze my Kitchen sink and they had positive reviews. The workmanship was very questionable when their worker finished but he said all would be fine when the glaze cured. I waited the required days and within a couple of days after that, the glaze started to lift. I immediately called and had to leave a message. The company's customer service was awfull. ******** calls and text later they would send someone out to fix. I did not want same worker but they said he was the only one who serviced my area. I asked for a refund but they said I needed to give them a second chance first. Upon arrival I was told that I would not be given a refund and he had been doing it for years. He only rolled glaze on over spots where missing. I told him when he left I was not satisfied. The 5 year warranty they had on website wasn't good on Kitchen sinks. This was not told to me at time of scheduling. Called company again but no one ever called back. Left text message also. I called another local company and discussed procedure originally used and it was not done the proper way. My problem besides being out $450 is that in order to replace sink I will need to replace granite countertops or cut out cast iron sink and no one wants to do that.
