      Hello, my name is *********************************. I must declare that Oc Phone repair Tustin basically a good profit. On July, 22th I decided to get my iPhone 11 screen repair because due to the recent rain my screen was really damaged, plus the battery had need to be changed out with a new one. Just for the Screen/glass repair and a new battery, 240 dollars. I was looking forward to the phone working. Well come to find out the charging chip/small computer chip needs to be worked on. Well why did I spend 240 for a phone that doesn't even stay on for at least 5 minutes, I was completely dissatisfied with the service, not only that the Supervisor ***** looked like he was on something, to top it off he gave me an attitude, then told me to power on the phone and wait until the device powered off again. Now when I call for an update, not only am I getting charged an additional 80 for more service in order to tackle the original problem. Everytime I call the Shop I have gotten hung up at least 3-4 times in the last 1-2 weeks and the employee calls me back, talking nicely with a soft tone of voice. Plus my device was transferred to another shop without my consent. I would like the Better business bureau to step in and just get my device back to the original shop. I am totally dissatisfied with the purchase I put on my last credit card just to get my iPhone fixed. I even explained I was sorry for any extra.stress I added to their work load. I even explained if he was in my shoes, he would understand why I am trying to get my iPhone fixed. Mom is in the hospital right now and I don't need anymore **** stress especially from some rude Employees. Horrible customer service. Very rude, plus all the hang ****

      I spent ****** on December 8th for a cell phone repair on a ******* Galaxy s20 but never received a fixed phone. I only got a loaner phone, which is what I've been using since I gave OC Phone Repair my broken phone. While I was waiting for my phone, I received texts and calls from the man repairing my phone. He said he had to get another part to fix it and he had to wait for it. This took some time. When he finally fixed and we had arranged for it to be delivered, he never showed. I called the next day but no answer. the next day, he called and said his car was towed while he was delivering a phone to another client. My phone along with all of his belongings were taken. He said it was re broken during the tow. He said he would refix it and let me know when it was done. I didn't hear from him for a few days so I called for an update. He then said the motherboard was broken and it was unfixable. He said he would buy a brand new phone and he would let me know when it arrived. Weeks went by and it was during Christmas/new years and I didn't want to be a bother so I waited. I had a phone and I was working 60 hr weeks so it wasn't a priority. Then in January I started working half overnight/closing. This is currently my schedule. I have to reset my body twice a a week in order to be able to stay awake for both shifts. I've only recently grown inpatient and now I'm angry. I've gone over to them recently when I had the time and a different man was working then. He didn't know me. He didn't know anything about my phone. He told me the other man wasnt there and that he'd be back in an hour. I left my number and I received a call from the man who supposedly repaired my phone. He said he "hadn't heard from me so he brought my phone home" and we made plans for him to bring me my phone the next day. I called the next day but no answer. Now my calls don't go through at all. I decided about a week ago to file a dispute with my bank.

      **** (owner) promised me a refund of $59 for a cell repair (battery) that did not repair my phone. I tried on numerous occasions to get him to keep his promise. Constantly lies to me about doing so. Cannot be trusted. Please help. He also makes it a habit of not giving receipts. I have my credit card statement to prove charge if needed. Tks.
