Wave imaging has a malfunctioning appointment management system and stuff at ************ ** office is indifference with patient need and concern. I could not get scheduled tests which delayed the diagnostics *****ed by my doctor. On 1/28/2022, . I called ****** Wave imaging office, owned by MemorialCare to schedule two ultrasound tests on neck and abdomen. The appointment time was settled on 7:00am 2/11/2022 . At the same day, I received another call from ******************* hill office and was told that appointment time is 7:30 am on 2/11/2022. They are very firm about 7:30Am appointment time even I asked repeatedly to confirm. Between 1/28/2022 and 2/11/2022, I received 3 text messages asking me to confirm appointment , upload doctor ***** and insurance card. Again appointment time is still 7:30 AM on 2/11/2022, I arrived ************* at 7:30 on time after a long night fasting. The female stuff told me that I missed the 7:00 appointment, they can only do the 2nd test of 7:30am and I have to come back another day for the missed 7:00 AM test. I explained the appointment time history and argued it is Wave imaging system issue that caused me miss the 7:00 am appointment. Without explaining or checking what is next available time, the staff, self claimed as the manager, started complaining that I was yelling to her. Then I told her that I want get the test of 7:30Am since I have done fasting and drove a long way from home. But she won't listen to me any more and ask me to leave. I refused at first then she threaten to call police to ****** me out. I had no choice but left with worrying my health condition.I submitted an online compliant at MemorialCare website on 2/11/2022 but got no response.
