            I made a purchase for a **************** Shine Elastic Skirt in ivory color Order #USD2C29D Order Date: 10/13/2023 At Kooding.com. I kept checking my email but dont see any information regarding shipping I emailed Kooding for answers on 10/18/23 asking for shipping information and asked them to cancel if they have problems with my order.They responded saying they are still waiting shipment from ***** with the estimate shipping 10/19-26/23. But on the 10/19/23 I got an email with tracking number: ********************** that my order was shipped. When I tracked this tracking the **** keeps saying they dont have my package yet. I did this everyday until yesterday when I emailed them asking what is wrong with the tracking number and if they indeed ship my order, but there were no response to my inquiries.I dont know if this is a scam and would like to report this website so others can be aware of this.I am trying to get my money back. The totals with shipping, tax is:Original Subtotal$32.29 $2.50 Shipping. $9.99 Total $44.78 Thank you

            Don't buy anything from here. They deceive a customer and horrible CS. The website describes the product will ships in 2-5 business days. But It takes a month to be delivered to home. I requested a cancellation or a refund since it takes so longer so I no longer need it, they don't answer at all.
