I am a new transportation business. ******* Ready LLC. I purchased a vehicle from Ryder used vehicle sales and their finance team is first financial. The vehicle my company purchased was not reliable so we opted to trade for one that was mechanically sound. The first vehicle we purchased was ****** we were told that we needed to pay 10% for a deposit as we were approved for a loan of ****** we paid an additional ******* to make up the difference for the fist vehicle. The second vehicle was only ******. We also paid ******* when we purchased the fist vehicle for the 1st month payment. When we traded trucks we were sent POAs to sign which only indicated the change of monthly payments and were only given a BOS that stated what we already paid on top of what the price of the new vehicle would be. Ryder used vehicle sales emailed us and ensured that we would be receiving a refund. When we called to check the status of the refund we were then told that the monies would not be returned to us, and that first financial took it upon themselves to take the money. They did not give us an ultimatum as to what we wanted to do with the money or how we would like for it to be applied to our account. They took matters into their own hands with our finances without us having a choice. I feel as though these people are taking advantage of those who are new to these circumstances. I emailed them demanding a full explanation as to why we won't be receiving a refund after Ryder told us we would be and all they have to say is " you signed the paper work" since we were approved for a vehicle initially for ****** we should have had a choice with the left over money for a vehicle swap of only ******. This is very poor business and I would like to be compensated some how. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

On June 23, 2022 I Was contacting by *************** (Agent at First Capital Business Finance) after I made a request to obtain more information on a product they offer (Title/Collateral loan). After filling the application, submitting it and getting a hard inquiry from my credit report **** tells me they only do title/Collateral loans under certain conditions. My issue is, why didn't he disclose this before my application was submitted. They went and pulled my credit with these conditions not being disclosed to me or this information being on their website under this product information. I believe they pulled my credit just to offer me a terrible offer which will only benefit them. attached is the conversation between **** and I, also screenshots of the information regarding this product on their website.So due to this unfair and devious practice by First Capital Business Finance, I Demand the hard inquiry be removed from my credit report!
