Ive made a year worth of 100$ payments on 2 grand worth of appliances. Last two months i even upped it to 250$ , i still have to pay off 1700$ on this credit card. This is the worst mistake i have ever made but as a 21 year old with no option i had no choice. Absolute robbery and just a complete scam of a company. At this point id rather not pay the card off to not give them even more money in interest. Terrible.

Atrocious customer service staffed by automatons who can't think or provide intelligent answers to basic questions (including the "manager").

Brand Source Debit Card is a fraud I purchased 4 appliances through a local appliance center in ********** ** I completed the paperwork to receive a 100 rebate. I received the rebate in the form of a Brand Source Mastercard Debit Card. This card doesnt work anywhere I have tried to use it for any purchases under a 100. It is declined. There is no live person to talk to on their phone line. Their website has a disconnected phone number. Seems to be a scam. I called the appliance center to make them aware - this appears to be a scam operation.

***** Bought (2) appliances for rebates. Submitted paperwork online. Didn't hear back for over a month. The day after the program expired, they emailed me to say the rebate was rejected. Their reasoning? I submitted a screen capture of the ** app showing the serial numbers of my appliances, not a photo of the appliance tag serial number itself. Seriously. The serial number is valid, the ** app screen capture shows all the information about the appliance, along with the serial number, but because it wasn't a photo of the appliance tag, no rebate.Complete. ***** ********

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Don't sign up for this credit card, they only give you 12 months on major appliances and they will lower your initial credit limit given without any notice or warning lowering your credit score making your utilization higher.

I bought 4 appliances totaling about 4k. I had help from ******** appliances filing the rebate paperwork correctly. I must say it was a longer process receiving the 2nd of two rebates. 1st $344 and 2nd $200. I am grateful for receiving them but the delays for approval are a bit much.

I keep getting an error message that I can't register my card, I called and they can't help. **************** said a letter had been sent out that has all the info on my account that I need. All I want is to pay this card off and close my account, she said I couldn't pay anything until I can access my account. I've never had a problem with a credit company like this. This is a scam shop. I'm giving this c*** to my attorney to deal with, I've been on hold for over an hour to get told they can't help me nor take a payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Applied for the card online and was instantly approved. Purchased $3100.00 in appliances. Received my credit card in the mail about 1.5 weeks later. Went online to register the card and make payments and kept getting error messages that my card could not be set up online. Insane wait times for customer service (transfers you to overseas vendors). **************** reps refused to discuss with me because my account was locked and wouldn't tell me why. After 7 weeks I learned that they mailed a "verification letter" with a code and I was supposed to call them with that code. I never received this letter. So, because I never received this letter, they said their rules did not allow them to assist me. Last week they said they would mail me another letter, but I still don't have it. They never mailed me a letter, statement, nothing. They wouldn't even let me make a payment over the phone. They called me after 7 weeks to see if I wanted to make a payment and told me they had charged me a $30 late fee. I closed the account and paid the balance in full. This company is a joke. Funny I didn't need a "verification" to pay and close my account. NO "verification" for application. NO "verification" to walk out the door with appliances. NO "verification" for receiving the credit card but the minute I want to register the card online to make payments, I was told I could not because I was not "verified." How is this even legal ? This had better not affect my high credit rating. What a bait and switch tactic. Again, how is this legal ? I left a message with their "executive" response team this weekend and no one has called me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor about a reward **** I've yet to receive for 2 months and keep getting the run around. I ask to speak to supervisor and they're in "meetings" all day everyday and they tell me they'll escalate the issue. No one calls me back and the customer service is terrible. There's no way I get statements and no reward card and it's the same MAILING address. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY." This is ridiculous but possible future customers beware, don't do it.

PUERCHASED A COMPUTER AND MADE A FEW PAYMENTS AND PAYED IT OFF, THEN THEY INSISTED TO SEND ME $480 AS IF I OVER PAYED ,SENT ME THE CHECK AND I CASHED IT AND BANKED IT ,8 MONTHS WENT BY AND I GET A BILL THAT I OWE THAT MONEY BACK, HOURS AND HOURS ON THE ***** WITH THEM, SUPERVISOR AFTER SUPERVISOR FOR THEM TO TELL WE DONT OWE IT, THEY EVEN SENT ME A LETTER SAYING WE DONT OWE THEM , NOW THEY SENT THE CREIDIT BUREA THAT WE BEEN LATE ALONG AND HAVE LATE CHARGES AGAIN HOURS ON THE ***** AND LETTERS TO US EVRYTHING IS FINE. TAKEN THEM TO COURT IF THIS DOESNT RESOLVE , DONT EVER USE THIS SOURCE FOR CREDIT ,
