This was a fraudulent transaction. From what I can find this "home warranty" isn't even a legitimate business. I was scammed and I have reported this to my bank to insure I'm not charged again. I called my lender and they said I'd not gotten a home warranty with my home!

I took out a home warranty policy on 8/17. I had to wait a month to make a claim on the policy directions received in the mail. My dryer went on Saturday morning of 9/16. I called the company on 9/18 and they told me that the policy was not effective yet. My paperwork shows the effective date of 9/16. I was told that the problem was human error and that I could not claim this issue because it was prior to 9/17. I called another time on 9/19 and was told again they could not do anything about it because the dates were wrong and that it is human error. I explained that my paperwork states that it should be covered. I chose to discontinue my policy at that point because they were going to take $150.00 out of my account on 9/22/23. I would like to have my $50 returned for the processing fee to start the plan. They company did not follow through with the plan according to the effective dates in my book.

I was sold a home warranty on Oct. 3 by ***************** who gave me his "direct number and ext" . When I received the written information it was not what I had been told over the phone. I called, cancelled and asked for refund on 10/18 from ***********************. I called on 10/24 talked to ********* and requested refund again. I called on 10/26 talked to *** still no refund. On 10/30 I talked to **************************** and ****** and each gave me the canned answer that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. I asked to talk to **** and was told that wasn't going to happen. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they would not let me do that either. I feel they misrepresented their product and did not tell me the truth. They took the money on Oct. 3, I should have gotten it back on Oct. 18th when I cancelled.

The complaint is that my request for a refund made on 3/8/2022 has still not been processed and issued to me.The policy began with an initial charge of $110 on 8/30/2021. It was my understanding that I could review the policy for 30 days. On 9/30/2021, I decided to enter a policy with another company which I paid in 3 lump sums. It was my understanding that per ******** and nationwide law, there could be NO overlap in coverages, and therefore the policy with Home Warranty Resolutions would be canceled effective 9/30/2021. My credit card continued to be charged by Home Warranty Resolutions from 9/30/2021 through December 30 2021. Therefore, it is my expectation that $186.38 x 4 = ****** should be refunded to me.Calling customer service results in absolutely no action. I have been told that there is a backlog due to COVID - which is now at this point an absolutely tired and long overdue excuse! Other businesses have rebounded/recovered and made amends by now!I've been told that I'm on a priority list for over 5 months now. I have asked for written (email) confirmation of this status and have been told nothing can be sent to me. I have requested to speak to a manager or someone in the refund/processing department and have been told "they are not available/this is the only customer service line".the emailprovided : ******************** is not valid and bounces back.

I filed a claim with the company to repair a refrigerator. They never called me back to arrange a service call. When I phoned them they said I could arrange the repair and they would reimburse me. I sent in my claim on July 21, 2023. They never responded via email. When I phone August 1, 2023 they told me they were processing that Friday. Still no email or communication. When I called today they said they were backed up because of "a/c claims". This is my problem how? In the meantime, I realize that their service is not good and I want to cancel the $150.99 insurance premium. while I wait for the claim to be processed. I want to cancel but they say it will make my claim null and void. I would to be refunded my 3 months of premium and I will pay out of pocket for the repair.

Morning Sir or Ma'am,To help settle the disagreement, could you please review customer recording (audio) to resolve the dispute.Start date: 9.23.22 ---- $100 on hold until policy was review. Customer has 30 day. 10/24/22 expiration date Call on 10.12/14.22- To cancel but, but a new policy was issued instead for consideration. After our conversation, the Manager gave me her word that the $100 would be put on hold and carried over until a decision was reached. Reset 11/13/22 expiration date Last Call on: 11.1.22- After reading the second policy, I do not believe that it was necessary. The hold on the $100 was denied. Was prohibited from speaking with any of the other managers. (In Either the Vertical or the Horizontal)Affiliated companies: Omega Homecare and ********************* Because of incidents like the one that occurred at ***** Fargo, when employees and managers took part in fraudulent activities in order to get rewards from customers, it is important to disclose any affiliations. We can discuss also that the timing to solicit customer was good due to USAA FSB selling veteran loan to ***************. Your company's (Home Warranty Resolutions) letter indicates that an urgent response is expected in accordance with the member policy.

On 8/2/22, I made initial payment of $100 for a home warranty. Representative stated try it for 30 days if I was not satisfied I could cancel and my money would be refunded. She never mentioned 30 day wait time or that it would take 3-4 work weeks for refund if cancelled. No way to tell how claims are handled before refund period has ended, due to 30 day refund & 30 wait time. I cancelled contract BLSH63919, on 8/12/22, however as of 8/16/22, I have not received anything verifying my cancellation request. I spoke to ************ on 8/12/22 and 8/16/22. I also spoke with Ms. ******* a supervisor on 8/12/22 when requesting the cancellation. I requested a cancellation number or an email for my records, however she stated nothing could be provided. When I spoke to ************ on 8/16/22, he stated it takes 3-4 work weeks for the refund to be return to card, which sounds like this company is borrowing money for a service the customer no longer wants. Why does it take so long to return the money, however less than a day for the company to debit it? I would like my $100 refund to my account immediately, because contract with company has been cancelled.

The name of the company is Home Warranty Resolutions, *****************************************************, 1-************, which is the information I submitted when I initially file complaint #********. That is the only information provided. I have not received my $100 refund as of Sept. 2022, which is why I believe this company is committing fraud.
