              I am the owner of the Tustin Diamond exchange in ****** accompanied thats a Trademark name. We have the company the jewelry exchange putting up ****** ads using the Trademark name illegally and fraudulently. We have gotten contact with them and they just refuse and we have reported them to ****** and if we cannot get this resolved we have to take matters into court. We need you to settle with them to practice lawful business and not due unfair business practices putting up their address with our name and their website and also they put another site called MapQuest and they have our website our name and putting up their address to steal business.

              The jewelry store is a is not a good store. I purchased a 4ct tennis bracelet on December 13 and contacted them 2 days later to find out about my order. They told me it was being shipped that day and told me it would arrive in 2 days. Did not receive it, so I contacted them and was told it was being shipped that day and I would receive it before Christmas. I called them back 3 days to tell them I did not receive it. He said I would not receive it before Christmas. He said If I changed it to a 4.5 ct he would over night it to me. I agreed to the more expensive bracelet. When I received it the next day they had charged me $55 for over night delivery. Even though they lied to me twice the had the nerve to charge me the shipping. I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use this business again. Beware they only post the 5 star reviews. You can get the rest of the reviews by by using there name reviews and you will get all of them.
