            I retained MXM Legal (formerly McCroskey Legal) in Oct 2020 as Legal representation for timeshare exit. In the past four years I have received spotty communication, most of which only because I had sent numerous emails back to back trying to get any information from them in regards to any progress being made on my case. To date, MXM has not provided me with any proof that they have been in contact with the ***************** on my behalf. I've paid both MXM and Timeshare exit company a substantial amount of money and have nothing to show for it. I am still responsible for the Timeshare that these two companies guaranteed they would get me released from. At this point I just want my money refunded because I shouldn't have to chase after a company that I paid to do a service. They should be in regular contact with me. Instead, I haven't heard from them since last November, and once again, that was only because I reached out to them.

            I am in agreement with the previous comments. It would have been better for me to just foreclose on the property or to continue paying the Timeshare. For two years I paid MXM/Timeshare compliance $200 $60 more than the actual timeshare. By the time (2 years later) they were able to finalize/settle-the timeshare was already foreclosed. So MXM actually did nothing. Timeshare Compliance continues to take $200 out of my account although my case was settled/finalize 2 months ago. Their customer service is poor, always telling you they are looking into it, give it time, making notes. Nothing changes. Lastly, that $2k you may get, they know you're not getting it b/c they know timeshare will foreclose. I do feel like I've been scammed. Now I have a foreclosure on my credit report along with being out of $6k-8k b/c you have to give them money upfront. Please reconsider before working with them.
