I filed for a full refund but no one every responded back to me ever. I expect a full refund. I was in the program and believed this would become an opportunity but every email I sent to was ignored. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The company responded with the procedure for a refund.I followed the procedure and still no response and no refund.Business response

We replied and engaged the clients request but a refund is not merely issued on request, it is research and all commitments and registration within our system must be validated and removed. Our refund policy notes it may take up to 45 days and being a holiday period it makes timing much more difficult
We will inquire further about the process and once our offices open on January 3, 2023 I will see if it can be further expedited

The company, WOW Win on Wealth is making unattainable and probably fraudulent representations.Their financial program is totally depended on their guarantee of a return of 15% MONTHLY. This is not realistic, not attainable, misleading and probably fraudulent. I need to borrow money that they arrange and from which I must pay them a large percentage. The only way they have of my paying back the loan is this unrealistic 15% return per month that they supposedly arrange.Business response

We must vehemently disagree with your statement as our program is not a standard program and it was never an obligation, but more opportunity, which has taken time to institute; yet all of our commitments remain the same.
Our organization has developed a Company Starter program that provides capital resources and recurring revenue that affords the new company owner, yourself, the opportunity. All applicant members were informed about our delays to launch over regulatory work that has been done to allow for the program launch.
Our members are aware that the roll-out for funding is to be scheduled by our lenders for administrative purposes, and that we do expect a good volume to be concluded this year, with all others rolling into 2023. We are sorry for all delays and any confusion but fully respect your request for a refund.
As a member if you do not have an ID and Log-in please contact our office so we can manually complete a refund. However, you should have a Member ID to log in directly and process a refund. All members were given the right to cancel with a refund without protest nor hesitation, but it must be through our back office for proper registration.

It will present you the Member Confirmation page, by which you "click here" to read the disclosures. Scroll to the bottom of the disclosures to cancel by selecting the (I am hereby NOT acknowledging nor accepting...)
This will bring you into the cancellation / Refund request. Once this is completed with the necessary attachments the office will terminate your member ID and refund you according to the policy based on your file status.
We are sorry you were not aware of the refund protocols and will gladly resolve this matter promptly.
