I signed up for a one year plan with Kajabi, and spent this last year learning their software alongside tutorials found in the Kajabi University library. As I am relatively new to website building, I found it useful to practice building products and pipelines while I took classes on how to do that successfully. Last week I decided to start loading my own products and pipelines for my business, and deleted the practice ones I had created.The plan I have purchased has limits to the products and pipelines that you get. In all of their marketing material, it states - With the basic plan you get 3 published products, and 3 published pipelines. However, no where does it state how they measure these limits. I assumed by the wording of "published" that it meant if you have a live product and then take it down, then you went from having 1 product back to 0 products. I was incredibly surprised to hear that once you use a product, you have to remain with that "container" of a product or else you lose it.I have contacted Kajabi with the reasonable request to either send me proof that they have stated this in any of their marketing material, service agreements, or "hidden" small print, or simply re-grant me the products that I deleted - and they are unable to produce proof that they communicate this with consumers, yet have not offered a solution. This seems fraudulent, as I have paid over $2000 (CDN) and am left with nothing on my website due to their negligence to communicate. There is no rational reason that a person would ever delete a limited number of products or pipelines from their account, however it's impossible to make a rational decision without proper information. Kajabi has refused to work with me further on a solution, and I am exploring whether this is a legal matter. My only option to restore products and pipelines is to "upgrade" and invest another $700 a year on top of the $2000 annual fee. Again, Kajabi refuses to work on a solution.
