Very attentive! Was the first to respond to my initial request. Easy to talk with, I was comfortable right away. He kept in contact with me and made sure I unerstood everything. *************************** made the whole process easy and well organized and professional with just a little bit of amusing banter. It was fun to chat with him. He and Residence First Mortgage made this the easiest refi I ever did (and I've done a few). I had no idea it could be this quick and easy!!Review from Jack H
