***************************** has not completed her job and keeps requesting the same infromation for loan documents. She has no idea how to do a loan an ensuring the process is taking longer. It has stated many times she keeps requesting the same information over and over. And has even started the loan documents to even start. You have until Friday to complete or be filing civil case against your company.Business response

I have filled with **************** DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION AND INNOVATION due to illegal practices that your firm has sent. I have evidence of your firm holding illegal practices to extend time frame for loan such as requesting documents that I have been already sent multiple times. The loan officer ******* are in question to this illegal practice. I will purse this as well as civil court case against your firm for every day extended from what should have been closed.

Unfortunately it has been difficult to gather information required from the buyers. We have been requesting and resending the approval with a list of all items needed since 12/15. We received conditions on 12/20 and sent an updated needs list on 12/21.
On 12/26 we spoke with the agent to go over missing information and realized employment dates for co-buyer were wrong on the application. We made multiple attempts to contact both buyer and co buyer but were not able to reach them. An email was sent on 12/27 requesting income documents from both buyers and corrected employment history for co-buyer. On 12/29 we reached out to the agent letting her know we hadnt been able to reach either buyers and let her know we still needed income/employment information in order to clear income. Once we had the correct employment dates for the co-buyer, ratios were too high so we had to restructure the loan with debts paid off and higher down.
Once we had ratios back in line we resent an updated needs list with all remaining conditions. Buyes have also moved a lot of money,depositing and withdrawing money from accounts, for the down payment and debt payoffs so were having to follow the paper trail.
The doc request has been sent however the lender is nitpicking the file and wants additional information:
Please send the most recent bank statement you have available
****** wants a clearer copy of the appraisal acknowledgment form attached
Primary residence statement attached has been completed, just needs to be signed
Need a letter verifying dependents
Some of these items have already been sent and are being reviewed by the lender
