I purchased a 2019 Merces c300 back on March 5, 2024, with Infiniti Autonation. I visited the *** June 2024 to renew plates and was told the vehicle was not fully transfer and I had to go back to the dealership to follow up. I went back to the establishment back in June 2024 to follow up regarding the status of my plates. I was told by employee ************************* he would follow up with the dealer *** clerk. It is now 8/7/24 and the registration is due 8/12/2024. I have been calling and emailing the employee that was in charge and kept getting the run around when calling stating ***** is too busy and cannot accept any calls and no response when emailing. Infiniti sold me a vehicle with battery problem and was still under warranty I had to replace the battery as emergency and took the copy of the invoice and receipt and was promised I would receive a refund for the emergency replacement. It has been 5 months and have not seen any sense of urgency to any of the matters and responses. I was promised a refund for the battery replacement and *** services (which I was also charged form in the purchase contract). As of 8/7/2024 the vehicle is still not transferred, and I haven't received a refund. This dealership deals with issues by ignoring the consumer. Therefore, I am respectfully submitting a formal complaint.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2016 Tahoe 4wd *** with ***** miles on 6/27/24 wanted new rear tires as left rear was at 5/32 and exhibited uneven wear Would need t give me a due bill but rather walked me 24 ft to service gave *********************** writer card salesmans car with size and make of tires and asked if he could install next day Answer , yes Instslled different tires would not give me a receipt switched tires. The had sold car with mismatched tires ride bumpy returned no one would speak with me I asked to give me 7/32 thread of ones replacing for extra spare and to inspect spare The cut it off of rim /not remountable The on Monday 7/01 10am had my mechanic do to buyers inspection report and car failed Sadly disappointed and deeply concerned as Autonations ******************************************************************** fact the immediate attention issue were front struts torn and leaking , rear shocks torn and leaking internal engine oil coolant hose leaking and severe SEVERE rust entire undercarriage bolts and fitting holding exhaust almost rusted thru GM would not talk with me Unwound deal, they have a 250mile 5 day return policy Still do not have my ***** cashiers check down payment and they cashed the contract with their lender Fifth third bank on 7/01/24 when I was told by Finance man it would be flat cancelled Got paper today 7/10 from bank spent two hours a on the phone the dealership has still not cancelled the contract Its on my credit I do not have my cashiers check ***** down refunded, returned their f fraudulently misrepresented unsafe Tahoe on paper own bank over 22k , corporate Autonation has used their 48 hr/ 6 business day response and have not responded This vehicle would and did not pass a safety inspection, God forbide they sell it to someone else who relys on the integrity of their inspection report which is a total lie and doesnt rack it This is Fraud and incompetence they put me at risk I was going to drive from ** to NC with 4 pets It is not safeInitial Complaint

On Sunday, March 24th, 2024 i went to autonation infiniti tustin and bought a 2012 ******* tuscon. I paid in part with cash and the rest in loan. Within 3 days of owning the car i noticed the check engine logh turned on and was disappointed they would sell a faulty car like that. I called to have it repaired and they scheduled me for 7:20am Friday march 29, 2024. After leaving the vehicle there all day, 7 hours later i was told they still had not even been able to do a diagnostic on the car. Upset i went back and told them per contractual agreement im returning the vehicle. On the spot they refunded me the cash down payment i had made but after over a month of time still have yet to even call my bank to pay off the loan. After weeks and weeks of contacting no effort to pay off the loan has been attempted.Initial Complaint

Sometime in May 2023, my daughter brought in my 2007 Infiniti FX35 to get an oil change. She also requested to have all the fluids topped off. There are a few issues that I am complaining about during this old change visit. I have attempted to speak to the service manager ***************, but she has done nothing and has never returned my follow-up phone calls. ******************* phone number is ************. I have listed the three complaints below:1. When they replaced the oil, they did not put enough oil in the engine it was short at least 1 quart or more of oil.2. They removed one of the air cleaner cover and they did not put it back on the car.3. They neglected to top off the fluid ( Coolant, washer fluid, brake fluid..etc_)My daughter will be sending me a copy of the receipt and I will attach it to the claim when I receive it.Initial Complaint

I sold my leased Infiniti to the Tustin dealership on 8/7/23. All August I was called by a number that was registering as junk on my phone. Finally, 9/1 I decided to call the number and see why they were calling everyday several times a day. Come to find out it was Infiniti finance saying I was late on my payment and my account was delinquent and I would be reported to the credit bureaus. They had no record of me turning in the car or Tustin purchasing it. I called Tustin and was told the people I needed to speak to were in a meeting. I called back a few hours later and I spoke to someone and explained the situation, and he informed me he had a customer and would look into the situation and give me a call back. I never received a call back. I went in to the dealership the next day and spoke with that same person and and he told me he did not know what the issue was but because it was a holiday weekend (Labor Day) he would have to call the merchant Tuesday and see what happened to the payoff of the vehicle. He then was showing me paperwork of everything and gave me a purchase receipt. I looked at the purchase receipt and saw the the sale was processed on September 1st. That was almost a month after I had turned in the car. At this point I was very upset as he was not honest with me upfront about the situation as well as insulted my intelligence with thinking I would not notice the processing date. The purchase had never been processed until I called about there being an issue and still I was lied to in my face saying it was an issue with the merchant. I spoke to a a manager and explained the situation of what occurred. The person who was supposed to have completed the sale the day I turned the car in did not and of course he was not there to face his mistake. As a result I had to make a payment on a car that I did not have to keep my credit from being affected.
