We ordered a tent/canopy for backyard shade and it was awesome. Unfortunately, (our own error) we left it out in the rain and broke it. However, Best Choice Products sent us a free replacement!!! 10/10 customer experienceReview from J. Amado D

Very good value for our new 10-foot offset hanging patio umbrella, and very good quality as well. We had one issue with a single hard plastic insert component that fits into the vertical tube. We believe the extreme hot weather in ******* may have caused it to bend slightly. I contacted Best Choice customer service by submitting a request online, and corresponded via e-mails to provide pictures and other details. Although the responses do take around 24-hours, the customer service requests and replies were very professional, helpful and helped resolved our issue. We really value customer service, and we would definitely purchase any other items from this company in the future without hesitation.Review from James O T

I purchased a nine foot umbrella and received it in a reasonable time span but the crank was frozen and I couldn't get the umbrella to open. I called Best Choice Products and sent a video of me trying to crank open the umbrella. Best Choice team member, ****** concluded the product was defective. BCP Their customer service was excellent. Their response to my email was prompt and effective. Within 48 hours, ***** shipped me a replace ride-on-Jeep. My grandson is very happy to be riding again ?? I'm happy ??Review from Taylor C

False advertising. Terrible quality. Terrible product. Purchased an outdoor chair this spring - but living in *************************, couldnt put it together for over a month. Within weeks the material faded horribly. Contacted the company to request they replace the pillows and they told me they only guarantee their products for 60 DAYS. Buyer beware.

The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. Much more importantly, the customer service has been fantastic. One of the chairs was damaged in shipping. The company replaced the chairs without any hesitation and quickly. The response to my e-mail about the damaged product was prompt as well.Review from Sheryl T

After purchasing two sets of openair headphones which were supposed to be waterproof and they died within 3 months , I decided to spend more money and get a set set with a good warranty. These headphones have an 18 month s warranty. Makes me think they're pretty sure they are waterproof. They have worked wonderfully. The buttons are big enough for my arthritic fingers to push. I also like the magnetic charger. The sound quality is great. I would highly recommend these headphones, especially if you perspire a lot when exercising.
