            I have multiple orders outstanding with the company. The first order (placed 12/1/2022 - $71.25) was said to be in production for over a year. I received a shipping notification on 1/1/2024 (over a year later) and the item has yet to move from the warehouse. There is a paper trail of e-mails over the course of the 13 months with various excuses for delays. When I followed up after the shipping label was generated, I got no response. The second order (11/20/2023 - $101.50) has also been outstanding since the day the order was placed. I have followed up with the business multiple times and have yet to receive a response. The first order has been outstanding for over 18 months now, and the second one over 6. I have attached reciepts (and a paper trail of the e-mails regarding the first order).

            WHERE DO I START!!!!! I ordered in July 2023, ****** worth of clothes and it is now February haven't received a d*** thing! When I ordered I spoke to a guy by the name of ***** on the phone. He even sent me pictures (text messages) of the items I wanted "in stock". He also told me they will ship out the same day! Come to find out its months later and nothing! I emailed them..no response, I message them on instagram..no repsonse. Also, if you comment on any of their pictures on Instagram, they delete your comment! I filed a complaint with the *** and BBB!
