I ordered merchandise from these people and of course they took the money out of my account but now have left no way to track my package and they don't respond to me about my merchandise. Of course as usual with any scam company they have disconnected the phone BBB has on file. Beware! While this may be a legitimate business or not they are definitely thieves and scammers. I'd like to be able to contact them and get my money back but I've tried insistently with no response from them. Shop at your own risk. Order #**** The receipt should have been a dead giveaway and I should have called immediately and canceled with my bank.Initial Complaint

On June 28th I had ordered a pair of sneakers for $51.99 and $6 shipping. More than two weeks have gone by and my order is still being processed. Normally, I dont mind the time it takes, Im sure this is a drop-shipping website. However, out of three emails provided (info, sales, and support @gagodeal.com) the latter gives me no response (I emailed first on July 8th) and the first two dont actually exist and no email will get through. There is no way to cancel or return my order on their website so at this rate I feel my money went to someone who broke the contract that I was getting a product in return. Am I out of luck?Initial Complaint

Ordered a product from Gagodeals.com on 1/1/22. Never received shipping notification. I reached out via email on 1/13/22 stating I had not received shipping confirmation or communication and to cancel the order and refund the product cost. No response. Started a dispute with my bank. Finally heard from the seller on 1/25/22 stating they had shipped. No further communication. Product arrived several days later. I once again asked how to begin a return. No response. Asked again 3 more times over a period of 3 weeks. No response. Reached out via email, their contact form on their website, and ******** message. Still no response. I want this product returned/refunded. Their customer service/communication is horrendous.Initial Complaint

My complaint is that I paid for shoes that cost $69.99,on the 24 of august.and I have not received anything.it keep saying order paid,I tried to contact the company.but it's a bogus phone number.i can't get in touch with anyone.i read other complaints from other people and it seems as if this is a big scam.as other people have been ripped off as well..at this point I hope that the better business bureau can help me get my money back.and warn others of the scam with this company
