      I placed an order days ago and during the process they had a confusing screen that resulted in me purchasing a second item of the same type without any secondary validation. They immediately charged me for the second item. I immediately emailed them to remove the item from my order and reimburse me. They did not respond. I've since emailed them 3 times and messaged them on ******** with zero response. There is no number to call or chat option.

      Online order placed Dec 2 at 9:35 a.m.Cupcake liners Scraper And silicone lid set Total amount paid in full thru PayPal $43.41 No communication regarding order received, processing, shipping. Nothing. The only way I know this order was placed is through verification on PayPal account and subtraction of funds from bank account. I have attempted to contact the company via their only contact method, email **************************************** They have no phone number or chat option. I have no idea if my order is coming, lost, received???Invoice ID from PayPal: ****************************** Transaction ID from PayPal: ***************** The phone number that you have listed here on BBB is a constant busy signal.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      On February 20, 2023 I placed an order with GIR Company under ********************** for three items that were never received. I contacted the GIR several times who said they would ship a replacement but never did. I purchased another item a couple of days later. Despite shipping on separate days, supposedly, they both arrived and were "in my mailbox" the same day, however, that is cannot be true, as I have a very small apartment mailbox - everything would not have fit. I could barely yank out the items that were present. Three additional items with these dimensions **** in L x 1.9 in W, 8.3 in L x 1.4 in W and **** in L x 2.6 in W AND packaging - would never have fit with the item (from the later order) that also arrived that day along with the rest of my mail - a "quad chopper" without packaging already 4 inches wide and over a foot long. 12.4L x 4W x 4D. For the missing items to have been delivered when they say - they literally would have had to have been delivered somewhere else - as they would not have fit in my - small apartment mailbox. I have pointed this out to "*****" who has stopped responding (though she receives and reads my emails). I live in one place and have one address.Again, unfortunately, if they were delivered - they could not have been delivered to me- It was physically impossible for them to have been in my box that day. They simply were not present. I checked the building next door. I waited even longer per GIR company request for me to allow more time. After waiting per GIR request, they have not followed up as stated - and stopped communicating once their request to wait was satisfied. While at first offereing to resend the items, upon learning I did not have a second home to send them to, *****/GIR stopped responding. They have kept payment for 3 products the customer never received. ******************** has done nothing to resolve the issue - except, expect the customer to wait, stop responding and keep payment for undelivered items.
