Over the past one or so period I have had several issues with Turbo Data Systems filing my appeals against erroneous citations pushed by the ********************. Several times I have sent them forms and other documents via US Mail containing appeal information. Turbo Data Systems has failed to process my documents or otherwise forward them to the ********************. This has caused me great hardship and when I followed up with my appeal multiple times I was eventually contacted with Turbo Data Systems stating that I "Did not send in my appeal forms before the appeal period ended". I explained to Turbo Data Systems multiple times that I did in fact send in and prepare all of my paperwork correctly. This business has also failed to provide me proper hardship appeal paperwork up until AFTER the appeal period ended causing me multiple late fees and now I can no longer register my vehicle and I formally recognize that Turbo Data Systems as at fault and responsible.
