I took one loan out over a year ago and they've been scamming me ever since and that loan has been paid off.Their emails that they have been sending me say I've kept applying and getting more loans and I have not...Business response

Being in an emergency I had to have some emergency dental work. So I got a loan for $600 and Ive been trying to get in touch with the company to see what my payments were gonna to be or to pay it off and I cant get anybody to call me back. I just need some assistance somewhere pleaseBusiness response

This terrible company charges 780% interest. 780%!!!! Why is this legal? My father racked up $150 in interest on a $100 loan in less than a month. I would like a refund of the interest charged to him as he is a stroke survivor and did not understand the terms of the loan. Thank you.Business response

I was contacted by a company that Tan Oak Lending sent my loan I had with them, for collection on the said loan due to me unable to pay the loan since not being able to find employment since the pandemic. I was unable to make a payment with the said company on July 1 due to having to pay my rent and was contacted by a ***************** (attorney I think) that left me a message stating if I did not contact the collection company (I think their name is Assurant's? at ************) there would be charges brought up against me in ****** County ** court. I called the number and the representative on my case (I don't know her name but her extension is 244) didn't give me an opportunity to explain my situation just demanded to set up a payment arrangement which I did because I need to get back to my new job and didn't have time to argue or anything. I set up an arrangement for 2 payments one on July 30 in the amount she quoted (with no discussion from me) of ****** and the last payment of ******
