I purchased a Zizzo bike luggage case for my Zizzo forte folding bicycle since I will be traveling for work. I packed my bike up and its **** LBS which means it will cost $75 each way to bring my bicycle with me on a flight. Thats $150 round trip. I contacted Zizzo because it makes this case pretty much useless. The returns information on their website states this No question to ask return, within 30 days. I contacted them and they asked that I fill out an RMA form. I did, then the following day I get an email from a really rude lady named ******* who states Unfortunately, ZiZZO only sells the "Oversized Bike Luggage" which most airlines charge an "Oversized Luggage Fee:"NOTHING in the advertisement sates this this an Oversided bike luggage. In FACT the dimensions are within the airline requirements. Its simply the weight of the luggage. They advertise the Zizzo forte bike at ****LBS and the luggage at **** LBS if you add those up it should be EXACTLY 50 POUNDS where did the extra 4.5 pounds come in? I could literally fly to my destination, go to wal-mart and buy a $99 bicycle, save $50 and throw away the $99 bicycle when I leave instead of paying to fly with this case. The thing that really is troubling is they want ME to pay return shipping and then LIE and add the word Oversized. The word oversized is NOT in the listing for the luggage! I have 3 Zizzo bikes in my household, we love them but to get this attitude that this is normal? My bikes were advertised correctly ****LBS, this case was not oversized and the weight differs 4.5 LBS. Their website says ****LBS and my unloaded case on the scale is ****lbs. Their website lied on more than one issue and I shouldnt have to pay for false advertising! I am more than happy to send it back but in no way should I have to pay for return shipping! I even tried and removed the seat and pedals to try to make it 50 LBS still nothing. The weight of the forte **** plus **** case should be 50lbs NOT ****.
