              My car was towed feb 7 th from kings way garden mobile home park. I was parked at a designated guest parking space with a parking pass in visible sight. They said the pass was fake. I got it from the last tenant. They said I had to go down to get it. I had Covid at the time was very sick. I’ve never had a car towed. They made no mention of me being able to get all my belongings out of my car. They said they only took cash . My finance company has my car now and I have contacted the tow company several times about my belongings and no response. I have a list of everything I had in my car. I want answers about my things. All my belongings were in yhere

              Greetings Mr. G*******, Your company, Edwin's Towing Services, towed my vehicle on the evening of 11/6 at 8:46pm. Please note the following violations of the California vehicle code were made: (1) I was neither given, nor offered any photo of my vehicle in violation of a fire lane, (2) I was neither given nor offered a copy of the written authorization to tow my car. (3) I was denied payment via CC or check (three times) Thus, pursuant to violations of Vehicle Code §22658(k)(4); §22658(l)(5), §22658(d) & §22658(k)(2), I am entitled to four times the storage and towing charges for this violation for a total of $1,780. I don't mind going to court, but my time also has value, so if you are willing to settle out of court, I am willing to accept $1600. If you insist that I take this to court, I will require the full amount, plus court fees and filing costs. This is not about ego and I hope you can tell that I am rational and reasonable. I hope you are as well. Please let me know by EOB on Friday, 10/11/21. Otherwise, I will proceed to file with small claims. Thanks and my best regards,
