I never signed up for anything with this company. I had done business with Litagation practice group, another lying crooked debt consolidation, but never this one. They sent me documents to esign but i never did I just ignored the emails. Then $270.80 was taken out of my checking account by them. I did file a dispute with my bank and made out a report with local law enforcement. How can they just take money out of someone's account??? Then yesterday a place called QPS attemped to take $137.03 from my account. Have no idea whose these people are! My bank shut down my account and opened a new one and issued new cards. These places have to be selling your bank info to other sketchy thieving companies. Stay away from LPG, CLG and QPS.Initial Complaint

I had signed up with Consumer Law in 2020 to help get some debt relief. I come to find out now, here in 2023, not one penny of what I have given them (which was $200 a month) had gone to any of the debt I had requested them to dispute. After I have read that this is a scam company, I had to cancel my bank account I had. After recently opening up a new account in February, they managed to somehow find out my account information and started taking money from there. I now have to close my account I've only had for a month, and open up a new one. I hope and pray they don't get to this one as well. I'm not sure how they did it, but they did it. I signed an agreement with this company that advertised as a debt relief program. They claimed they would negotiate on my behalf with my creditors to lower my debt, and get it paid off quickly. They said they will contact my creditors from two weeks after my initial payment of $300, on February 19, 2021, I have been paying them since March 2021 $220 monthly and none of my credit cards have been paid off. I even got sued from one of my creditors. In December 2021 I received a letter from the Civil Court of the city of New York, County of the Bronx for the amount of $2,976.70, where it stated that I have to pay the amount mentioned. This is all a result of the scam done by Consumer Law Group, and now my credit score is very low. Please have this issue be resolved where it will involve me getting a refund for all the money that I lost as well as my credit being recovered from this scam.
