October 15th, 2022 is when I put my order in and immediately found out that we don't need it. I tried canceling the order while on the phone still with the guy and he said he can't cancel it, I would need to call back and they will take care of that for me. I immediately called back and canceled my order. I just looked at the tracking and it says it was returned to sender on Nov 11th but I have not seen anything. I am filing a fraud transaction with the credit card company as I type this. What others have written about with this company is 100% the same crap we are going through. Please spread the word to everyone on social media to stay away from this company.Initial Complaint

I received a call telling me my daughter requested this program and I could return it and recieve my money back with in 30days and I would receive an email reminder. In which I never received the email. The program was $250.00. When I spoke to my daughter she said she never requested the program. I called the company to see if this was a scam and explained this was not something she requested. The man said for her to look at it and return it and in 3 billing cycles I would receive my money back. Well I returned it unopened the program it was a disk .I still have the receipt from the post office waited the 3 months and never received my refund. I have called only to recieve a machine to leave a message . I have explained my situation leaving my name and all my info and still no refund. All I want is my refund as I was promised. I was contacted by this business regarding Sat ACT Preparation for my daughter. They advised the would send the package out and requested a credit card to only charge if the cd was not returned in 30 days. They charged my card 2x for $220.87. I called back within 15 mins and told them to cancel the package. I received the package 4 days later anyway. When I called back, they told me I waited to long and the product was already shipped. I sent the package on 10/12 and had the item tracked. It was received on 10/17. I called them on 10/20 and they were going to credit my account for $205. I told them they deducted 220.87. I was then advised I had to pay for shipping the product. I still haven't received my money back and filed a fraud claim with my bank.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction:5/9/2022 Amount: $220.87 Rep, ****, said that they are “lending” my son a study discs, two discs. And because he is a student they needed CC for Warrenty and there will be a “pending charge” until the DC is returned. And the transaction needed my approval by email or text which I did not approve after nor I received anything from my Credit Card company. They said that we are borrowing the discs not purchasing the discs and they used a tricking approach and words. When I called on May 12 after finding out that the charge was permanent and without my consent, I call them and spoke with ***** an **** the floor manager they were all in the scam and defending each other and refused to cancel the charge! After telling **** that I will complain with BBB he laughed and said you do that. It did not stop at that: I believe that he put my name and number on bad websites because I start receiving calls for offers and to schedule appointments for illegal drug treatments!! I never drink nor do drugs. I did call my CC company and informed them of the scam but I would like you to close this type of business since it is bad for the education community: **** presented himself as school/library employee and that they are a non profit organization. On top of all: everyone refused to provide his last name when asked for it. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the issue they are arguing if the key words were said or not, instead of looking at the contents and how they were said. I have five children, I would never have bought two discs for $220.87, in fact I can’t afford buying them. Please have them return my money send a pre paid return label so I can send them back their box. Their address on the box is: SAT/ACT PREPARATION P.O. On November 10, 2021 my husband received a call stating my son had requested test prep materials. My husband was informed he would be charged for the packet and CD for $220.87 but if we did not want to keep we could return within 30 days for a refund. My son did not want materials and they were never opened. I mailed them back 1-2 weeks later. I kept my tracking number as well as a copy of their contact info, and my confirmation number. The name of the man my husband spoke to was Mr. ****. The address was ** *** **** ****** ********** ****** They use the name SAT/ACT Preparation. They state money made goes to to non profit that is "trying to qualify as an "approved" 501 3c". My CC was charged so I called ###-###-#### to see if they received my return package. They had not. I reached out to USPS with my tracking info and at some point Fed Ex picked up package and the tracking ends in Chino Ca. Does not say delivered. Both Fed Ex and USPS could not locate package. I called company back and spoke to same man who stated it was not his responsibility. I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card but I was outside the time frame to dispute however I may attempt again. I called company yet again and asked for email which he stated did not have. I started doing some investigating because I felt I had been scammed and came upon multiple identical complaints to mine. He owes me $220.87
