I when this morning to the office located at ******* **  *************************************************** *** ********** ***** ***** *** – **** ***** ******** ** ***** These front desk ladies are so Rude we decided to leave the office this Morning I will never ever take someone I love or care to this horrible office. These 3 Girls sounded like they were in the street talking and not willing to help a patient until their official 8:30 am schedule . My wife made an appointment on February 15- 2023 and also my doctor sent a referral sheet to them. When we walked in at 8:30 am today Feb- 24-2023, we found 3 ladies at the front desk, i asked them if I needed it to fill out paperwork for my 8:30 am appointment. Their response was , You will feel out the paperwork when we are ready to start seeing patients and that is when our shift starts at 8:30 am. I was so empress of the attitude they were using with us and the patients, I cant understand the reason why they are allowing these employees to abuse patients with such nasty Character and behavior. At 8:32 am one of the ladies said that i need it to do an appointment online that i was not in record, LIE, then one told the other one, why they didn't put him on the system and the other said , THEY DONT PAY ME HER OVER TIME. Avoid at all cost taking someone here, with that attitude and behavior who will trust someone there. I contacted my doctor's office and reported this horrible experience to them, they will avoid referrals there they said. AVOID THIS ******* ******** ** *** ***** *** 

On 2/27/2023 a lady from that office call me saying they had a clerical error and they needed to reschedule my appoitment, i said to the lady, stop the lies, you had all alone me referral from my doctors office, we heard one of your employee question the other one, why was the reason you didnt put the information on the sysytem and the other lady said , THEY DONT PAY ME OVER TIME HERE. I will never trust this people with my health, lieying to cover there own mistakes and there Horrible behavior. Dont trust this office with your health, there attitude show what caine of office this is.
