A deposit of $500 cash was requested and paid upon dropping off my recently purchased collector car with ******************* of Classic Touch Mobile Detail for what was supposed to be a full detail. I had repeatedly expressed my concern of my car being left outside. ************ assured me the car would be carefully looked after. We had also discussed having a some small dings in the body repaired by **** at **** Express. Without having any idea of what Dent Express would charge to fix the ********************** made up a number and was adding it to the detail estimate. I asked why not just have me deal with Dent Express and pay him directly. He agreed and gave me his number and offered to keep the car inside his shop that night and take it to Dent Express in the morning to have the dents repaired before starting on the detail process. Before I left I pulled the car inside and showed ***** how to unlock and raise the rear window louvers for access to the glass and then handed him the keys and left.The following day, he drove the car to Dent express and left it in the parking lot with the rear window louvers unlocked. When **** got in the car to drive it into his shop, the wind blew the louvers up and over onto the roof causing damage to both the louvers and the roof. Soon after, I received a call from ***** telling me that unfortunately my car has been damaged from the louvers being blown up onto the roof and that these things happen some times and that it is going to cost more to fix the dents that were caused by his negligence. So, not only would ************ not admit to his mistake, he wanted to charge me more money to repair the damage that he caused even though **** at Dent Express said in writing, that he had no intention of charging me extra to repair the damage because **** felt bad about what happened and is a reputable business owner. At this point I informed **** at Dent Express to not let ************ take my car, that I would be coming to pay for the dent repair and pick it up mys
