I have a laundry list of complaints when i first moved in April of 2022. There was no apology, several visits to try and finish this new construction. Day one move in: Dirt all over the entry way, the dishwasher was not installed (when they came to install it, upon use they didn't seal the hoses so it flooded under my sink), the water temperature was flipped, and the **** heating and cooling settings were not assigned to the correct floors. Texturing on walls was not finished, flooring sinking/squeaking, bathroom counters with mismatched tile, and damaged dry wall on the kitchen island, and garage was walls were not finished (piece of wall/drywall is missing) or painted, garage door mounted control constantly loses power, . All of these issues took months to resolve that it spilled into when my warranty was to lapse. HOW DID THIS HOUSE PASS INSPECTION? I should get my money back from their inspector-they clearly did not do their job. But now, today, I am walking up my steps and notice in the corner of my carpet a bit of thread/fibers. I go to grab them and notice the carpet is loose. I grab the carpet and the corner just lifts right up. How long has this been the case? I live alone, this can not be wear and tear. Its the corner of the carpet-no adhesives, just nails. My entire flooring in the living space of the house squeaks, and when I did a walk through they said the walls were not shared and were sound proof. I have NEW neighbors and can hear every single thing they do. I should have filed a complained sooner. Now unfinished houses are to be rented instead of sold. I was never told this was an option within the community. This builder is awful and they clearly rushed.
