Ordered a new credit/debit card, guy on the phone seemed new because he definitely didn't know what he was doing. Had to call me back after my initial call to unscrew his s**** up. I then sent a message to the institution through their online banking to ENSURE my card would be sent. ****, after a week of waiting and a whole morning of frustrating calls to find out these amateurs didn't even send it. After roughly 20 years as a member, I will be pulling my money out shortly. This is not the same customer service or financial institution when I first signed up.Do better ***.Review from Brandon E

Got a auto loan from this place over a year ago. Ok at first but comes resolving issues they don't care as long as they make the profit. Auto loans are easy enough right? Well in this case my engine went out so the vehicle is an 11k paper weight. It's has been months in trying to figure this out. I'm also deploying and a month and they keep giving me the run around. Yeah I'm military and I never put that out there for help. It's simple. I can't take this vehicle to a junk yard because this company has the lean on the vehicle . So what are they expecting me to do here? I have told them all this. I even gave up rights to the vehicle and told them where to can get it while still making the payments. All I get is we are looking into it. Wow great help. Point is I can literally do nothing with it cause they have the title it's that simple. They clearly don't care that I am deploying and I'm sure not going to recommend this place to my Airmen .Review from Dawn S

If I could rate Travis, no stars, I would! By far the worst customer service ever. Customer service is notorious for placing you on hold for prolonged periods of time without advising you that you are being placed on hold to begin with and when they finally do answer the phone, you realize that you were transferred off to a new rep. and have to repeat everything all over again. They also make HUGE mistakes and never take responsibility for their errors, but are GREAT at redirecting blame onto the customer. Dont bother requesting to formally complain about them because they will redirect the complaint in-house inwhich nothing ever gets resolved nor do questions gets answered. All they do is sweep their dirt under the rug and make corrections to their errors and deny fault at all cost! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIFIC BANK!Review from Pete K

Stay away from ***. I've been with them 15 years for both personal and business. Fed up and now moving accounts. Here's why -- they were never able to get ACH working after years (they admitted they don't know why). Significantly higher interest rates than competitors on *********** loans. App doesn't work 30% of the time when making remote online deposits (so frustrating). Employees don't take accountability. Often the website is down showing some ********** Server Error". They don't answer their phones -- ever! Can't display member monthly statements online using Chrome or Explorer browser (you must use Firefox). ATM didn't dispense $400 w/draw at partner bank last month, ***, still has yet to acknowledge the error, even after going into branch to report it to the manager directly (we tried calling, but remember, they don't ever answer their phones); now we're forced to file a complaint with the ************************** b/c that's our only recourse it appears. You would be better off stashing your cash in a shoebox under your bed.Review from Brianna G

This bank continues to not only leave issues you attempt to resolve with them unresolved, they almost go out of their way to make them worse. If you would like to bank with a bank that does not care whether your accounts are serviced or not and are nearly impossible to work with, they are the bank for you. I would strongly recommend against financing anything through this bank. Or doing any business whatsoever with them if you are not in driving distance to go sort out issues with them in person. Not that you'd receive much better service that way either.Review from Joseph J

ID match, SSN match, Name and address match. Too bad Travis Credit Union doesn't actually verify accounts opened in somebody else's name. Garbage ID security, if you have a pulse you can open a FRAUDULANT account here. What a trash organization that plasters people's information all over the internet, put your money in a dumpster over these clowns.Review from Asia P

I received a check for rent relief from the *******************, deposited into my Travis account and called the back office for them to verify the fund are in the account and was told no. They released **** to me and I wanted to be sure that it does not bounce and I have to pay those funds back. I was not even asking to have the funds released just to insure I don't overdraft or have to pay back that large amount of money I don't have. I'll be closing my account, my sons account and my boyfriends. Credit unions are suppose to be about the members and clearly they are not
