Would give less starts if I could, my daughters doctor is located here and they have given us nothing but problems, the nurses are rude and disrespectful, they are in the pediatric department and do not know how to handle children, my daughter is scared of the doctors bc she gets shots there (shes under 2) so she cries in the waiting room. The nurses cover their ears while she cries and rush us out the door, her doctor is very dismissive of my fianc concerns about allergies and general issues that we are concerned about, even if we are just wording to much they should be able to explain to me why its okay instead of blowing us off, I have had to take off work and go with my fianc so they werent rude to her, but we cant afford for me to miss work and go to every appointment. Today my fianc had to get up at 6am with me because we share a vehicle, the appointment was at 11:30an they messaged us yesterday that it was rescheduled for 10:45am, my fianc showed up early, around 10am and the desk workers were rude and said that hurt doctor was sick and rescheduled and had already called everyone, my fianc politely said that she hadnt received and calls or messages, they lady then told her she was wrong and the the doctor had already called her. She then left and did not receive any texts until 11:45am that the appointment would be rescheduled, its not the fact that it was rescheduled or that they forgot to text us, its the fact that they called my fianc a liar and were rude, we will but switching doctors as soon as possible, its sad because we are a low income family and have to go here for now, as if we are being punished for being poor.
