After providing information for a ***** Blue Book appraisal, I was contacted by a member of the "Customer Experience Team" from ********************** GMC ********************** concerning the purchase of my car. As the offered price was too low, I hesitated to meet with them to finalize selling of my car to them.She, and eventually another employee ***********************" barraged me with email, text messages and a phone call, to meet in order to finalize selling the car to them. I did eventually arrange a meeting, with **********************", on a Saturday morning to inspect the car.I promptly arrived at the dealership for our scheduled meeting, to find no one there! I had been stood up! I received no notification of the cancelled meeting. Even after I texted and emailed both the Client Experience Team member and Inventory Manager the only response from them was, "He was sick. We apologize for any inconvenience and see you later today"! This, after I contacted them! To date, I have not heard a word from **********************" with whom I had the scheduled meeting. A meeting he has been aggressively seeking for about a week.These people are clueless as to customer service. They place NO value on the customer's time or schedule. They treat potential customers with a total lack of respect, courtesy and professionalism. I can imagine what it's like if you have any issue with them after they get your money from a sale or lease of a vehicle.Stay away from these people. There are others who will earn your trust and business. I can't even guess as to how this dealership has stayed in business. With the lack of respect and professionalism I received, they are likely to not be around in the future.

Scam artists...I bought a car from them signed contract...brought cash down deposit which made me owner...they would not give me the car...they kept making excuses ...and all that time I was owner according to my insurance...I had to get lawyer involved to give me back my $$ as they were committing fraud..so sad they have jerks running what is supposed to be a well established dealership 4 over 25+ years that is main reason I wanted to get my car from them.....after this nightmare .. who can you trust? I will take bus...no thanks...gmc manager: wake up!
