            On November 2, 2022 I took my 3 dogs in for grooming and teeth brushing, nail filing, Initially I was happy with service, but what I noticed as the groomer, stated she would take my 5 yr old German ******* to my truck instead of me, when I got my dog home, she yelped at the thought of me reaching to take her collar off, after a few days of pain, I am investigating her neck, there's scab and hair falling out by the plugs, I called Tails of the City 3-4 times, emailed them 3 times, and submitted 2 reviews to please contact me, explain what happened during the visit, as of this day 11/22/22 (20 days) and still no reply, something happened to my dog, some form of abuse and they know it. I will not ever go there and/or recommend them ever again

            I took my pet dog, Tinkerbell to the Tails of the City in ********* for a grooming. When they finished with her, I picked her up and took her home. When my wife saw he, she became upset as they did not trim her ears, left long hair on her face and her back legs need a trim. My wife answered the Tails of the citys survey and received a reply back stating that we could bring TinkerBell back and they would fix her right and that they would give us a free grooming next time. Later that day, I injured my knee and had to go to the ** for treatment. I was not able to stand on my leg for a week. When I could, I called The Trails of the City and was informed that their policy was that I was required to bring my pet back within a 5 days after my appointment. They said they knew nothing of a free grooming. They refused to help me out and it would cost me another $75.00 dollars to trim my pets hair. I learned my *******
