On November 2, 2022 I took my 3 dogs in for grooming and teeth brushing, nail filing, Initially I was happy with service, but what I noticed as the groomer, stated she would take my 5 yr old German ******* to my truck instead of me, when I got my dog home, she yelped at the thought of me reaching to take her collar off, after a few days of pain, I am investigating her neck, there's scab and hair falling out by the plugs, I called Tails of the City 3-4 times, emailed them 3 times, and submitted 2 reviews to please contact me, explain what happened during the visit, as of this day 11/22/22 (20 days) and still no reply, something happened to my dog, some form of abuse and they know it. I will not ever go there and/or recommend them ever againInitial Complaint

3/10/2022 tow of my dogs were scheduled to be groomed. I ask the price because they only take cash or Venmo? i told her i only had $120 when i arrived to pick up my Pets she said it would be $130 after i was told $120 was fine. ended up paying $125 and owing them $5. I was under the impression they had to call to get more or provide more services etc... The Automotive industry is required to give you a quote and you sign it any changes have to be approved prior to work conducted. this should also be true for businesses such as this where they continually charge more than your initial quote.
